Sarah Rea assumed full responsibility for overseeing the entire production of an annual celebrity PGA/Pro-Am Golf Event and Gala dinner, which aimed to support the Ricky Stuart Foundation (RSF).

Her role included critical tasks such as securing sponsorships, coordinating celebrity participation, managing relationships, developing fundraising strategies, and handling all logistical aspects to ensure the smooth and successful execution of these events.

During her tenure, which spanned nearly seven years, Sarah's involvement led to these events earning a remarkable and renowned reputation, achieving national recognition as Australia's leading golf pro-am in terms of fun, attendance, and funds raised. The media also took a keen interest, with the 2017 event even receiving coverage through a televised segment on Channel 9's The Morning Show.

Each year, Game Plan orchestrates numerous corporate ski events to the Alps for several esteemed blue chip clients. In the case of one of our long-standing clients, we expertly manage a group of 50 attendees on an unforgettable journey to the Austrian Alps.

Our multifaceted responsibilities encompass everything from recommending the ideal resort that aligns with the client's budget and preferences. We propose and secure accommodations, arrange and manage flight bookings, organise road transfers, provide a warm airport meet and greet, coordinate ski pass and equipment rentals, and meticulously plan all aspects of the social and ski itinerary.

On-site, we ensure the seamless execution of the event, with our dedicated ski concierge service guaranteeing that every guest is well taken care of, resulting in a successful and memorable ski event.

Game Plan Event Management was contracted by The Icons Series to fulfill the role of Relations Manager for the esteemed 2018 Icons of Rugby event, held at the Buckinghamshire Golf Club.

This event series encapsulates global golfing and hospitality/lifestyle experiences, adopting the Ryder Cup format to unite sporting legends from the world of rugby and beyond.

Game Plan undertook comprehensive responsibilities including overseeing Sponsor engagements, ensuring the welfare and requirements of attending celebrities were met, and proficiently orchestrating the Gala dinner event.

Game Plan Event Management collaborated with Premier League goalkeeper Asmir Begovic in the summer of 2018. The partnership involved a comprehensive role in the transformation and event management of the 2019 Celebrity Golf Classic Fundraiser.

This distinguished UK-based event, organized in support of the charitable initiative 'ABF – The Asmir Begovic Foundation,' aimed to raise funds for underprivileged children and promote their participation in sports.

Our engagement scope involved strategic stakeholder facilitation, celebrity guest participation, the development of fundraising activities on course. Working in close collaboration with Burhill Golf Course, the day included a fundraising lunch, where we offered unique experiences as auction items. The funds raised contributed to the construction of a football pitch at a primary school in Central London and supported Asmir's initiative in Bosnia.

Game Plan provides services to a prestigious brokerage firm, catering to their hospitality needs at multiple events, including concerts and rugby matches. Additionally, we oversee the red-carpet meet and greet and ensure a remarkable guest experience during their significant charity day.

In 2022, Sarah Rea was personally instrumental in operating a luxury glamping experience at the Glastonbury Festival. She also managed a Wellness Retreat for Peter Crone, known as the Mind Architect. Sarah leveraged her network to hire and oversee up to 250 temporary employees who handled various aspects of hospitality, tent accommodation, camp setup, and a range of services to ensure a luxurious experience.

In September 2023, Game Plan successfully event managed a three-event launch campaign in the UK for the shapewear brand FIGUR.com - founded by Jules Robinson, a reality TV Star from Married At First Sight (MAFS) Australia (Jules & Cam).
